Healthy Eating: Baked Tilapia & Salad

I am very proud of myself. I am sticking to this diet thing, well kinda sorta. I have my bad days. Like yesterday for instance, I had pancakes, cheesy eggs, hash browns and turkey bacon from Ihop. It was delicious, but fortunately I couldn’t eat it all. The Garcinia Cambogia pills are really curving my appetite but not taking away my carvings. I might have to double up, instead of taking one pill I might take two. Normally if I take the pill an hour before eating, I won’t eat a lot.

Today I did way better. I ate baked tilapia and a salad, which was very yummy. I used fresh roman lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, and pastrami seasoned turkey.

Diets are pretty boring to me because you can’t really enjoy the good comfort that you may crave. I am focusing on results and the toning of my body so that’s my motivation. I want to become more discipline with my eating habits, to ensure a healthier lifestyle. This summer I will be ready to debut my beach body (hopefully…finger crossed).
