I decided a couple of weeks ago, that I needed to get serious about losing some weight. I have never been on a diet because I thought I loved food too much to give up the good stuff. I haven’t even stuck to a workout regiment following high school. Being a Mother of two I am finally ready to get my body back.

My goal is to be able to rock a two piece bikini by my birthday which is in July. To help aid in my weight loss goals, I decided to start taking Garcinia Cambogia pills ( Labrada Nutrition Garcina Cambogia Extract Capsules, 90 Count ). A friend of mine first told me about the pills. Then I did the research for myself, and saw that Dr. Oz did a segment on his show about the benefits of taking the supplements. I decided to try them for myself. I’ve been taking them for about two weeks, and I decided to diet and do 15 minutes (lol that’s all I can do is 15 minutes) of exercise per day. I take one pill twice per day, about 30 minutes before I eat. The label recommends taking 2 capsules three times per day, 30-120 minutes before each meal.

I have lost a total of 6 pounds in two weeks.  I am very proud of myself. I don’t want to become a slave to the scale, so I’ve been monitoring my weight loss with pictures. I will be sharing my progress each week as well as sharing videos.
